The Dropkick Murphy’s announced on their website that they will be heading back into the studio in April to record a brand-new album. As of now, the expected release date will be sometime in September. They’ve also said the Going Out In Style Deluxe Edition is nearly complete. Which will feature 90 minutes of live audio from Fenway Park. As well as a limited edition vinyl release of life at Fenway. There was a four year wait between the The Meanest of Times and Going Out In Style. Perhaps this means Murphy’s going back to pumping out a new album every two years.
