Japanese Folk Metal Release New Track Ft. Christopher Bowes

Tokyo-based folk metal act Japanese Folk Metal, have released a new track featuring Alestorm’s Christopher Bowes titled “Urameshiya.” The collaboration happened shortly after it was announced that Japanese Folk Metal would also be featured on the upcoming new Alestorm album “Curse of the Crystal Coconut.”

Urameshiya is now available on streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and available for purchase on the band’s official Bandcamp site

“What’s Japanese Folk Metal? A motley assembly of drinkers who formed a band to sing about Japanese folklore and history. Promising never to forsake their roots, the band is on a mission to listen to sick songs, spread Japanese folklore around the world, and drink a whole load of beer. We are Japanese Folk Metal!”
