Krakow based Folk Metal act Ariadne’s Thread are preparing to record a brand new album, and the band have just launched a Kickstarter campaign. Ariadne’s Thread has gone through some changes during the last time we heard from them, in which they released their first EP, ‘From the Very Beginning.’ a few years ago.
The band spoke about the project by saying:
We have the material ready. We are two tracks short of a full album, but by the time we’re ready to enter the studio we’ll have it in the bag. The money being raised will cover the cost of recording, mixing/mastering and printing the CDs. Anything left will be put towards merch, promoting the album and “pay to play” shows.
Delays in receiving perks can occur, subject to any issues encountered in the printing of the CDs. In this event, digital copies will be made available in the interim.
There are several tiers and packages for your donations, ranging from a digital copy of the album, to the top tier which includes a physical copy of the album, a signed 7′ vinyl of the title track – Maleous Maleficarum – 2 free tickets to a show of your choice (within the territory of Poland) a merch pack including T-shirt, stickers, a tour poster and more.
